The articles, guides and page designs on this website are original work created for this site. Game names, logos and app screenshots appear for identification and informational purposes only, and remain the property of their respective owners.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@teenpattipearl.pk with the subject "DMCA Notice" including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
2. The exact URL(s) on teenpattipearl.pk where the material appears;
3. Your name, organisation, mailing address, and email;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Process

We review complete, valid notices within 72 hours. If the claim is substantiated, we remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify you of the action taken. Incomplete notices will be returned with a request for the missing information.

Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

Repeat Infringement

We do not knowingly host infringing material and will act on every valid notice. Abuse of the DMCA process (knowingly false claims) may expose the sender to liability.
